    Hi guys,

Is it possible to export a building from one account to another?

    Thanks in advance.

PoyaPakzad. Not at this time. The game does not allow one account to send to another account. Sorry about that it is one of the parameters of the game.

I am going to leave this open for a while to see if anyone else wishes to comment?

Mayors have been asking for this opportunity for years. There are pros and cons to this capability.

    Pro:
    • It would be nice to send a friend a building you have excess number of to help them out.
    • As you progress in the game the player makes choices of type of buildings and how the city develops.

    Con:
    • This leads to players begging and demanding items like in many other games.
    • Brings in unwanted buildings and clutters your planning.
These are the first thoughts I come up with. Does anyone else have more.

Thx a lot for the replies. Another Pro is that you can open another account, and help yourself build the new city up, while not committing many of the rookie mistakes you made in your first account.

Functionality to gift is apparently planned, but to what extent remains to the imagination. From a developmental standpoint, they have to consider abuse and potential loss of income. For now, having several accounts doesn't pose much problem as any sort of pushing is pretty much limited to the market, and legitimate play isn't going to be able to mess with it much.

As a player, I don't have much of a problem starting another city from scratch to accomplish different goals. However, seeing as I've obtained quite a few permits that I'll likely never use, not being able to use them in another city does detract significantly from any desire to make another, especially in regards to Mystery Buildings or booster and Loot-O-Matic exclusives. I earned them once, so it's not beneficial to me to play the lottery even more in a different city and then possibly get something I need for my first city in the process. I don't have the time or energy. Not to mention extra-special things like extra mills, bakeries, Christmas trees and the winter stadium that I'd loose.

Admins and mods can obviously manipulate player data to a degree, but I don't know entirely to what extent and what is permitted by BP. Going though them for this kind of thing seems like it could easily become unreasonable though. the ability to unoald permits somehow though is definitely needed, because all they do is accumulate.

Though you can dig yourself out of any mistakes, maybe what RC needs is a New Game+ option.
