    It's not automatic though, its "one click" function. Meaning it collect all the available rent on one click, not automatically for you as you are away.

    As nortoncommander pointed out. the only option is the Rent collector which does not collect rent by itself, you still need to click on it to use it.

    The feature as it is increases the comfort of paying gamers without any other advantage. In automatic version and if for MM it would offer "unfair" advantage to paying gamers over free players. No big deal without any competition appart from top 100. Just saying. :)
