    I am having the same issue. Also, when the Emergency Alarm Bell opens up, if I click on it to answer the emergency, my screen goes dim (like when changing playfields), the click WILL NOT open the "emergency personnel" window, thus preventing me from sending police,fire,medical personnel to the emergency, ulyimately resulting in a FAILED emergency response. I have tried disabling the Emergency System until you guys can fix it, but that does NOT prevent the emergencies from happening. HELP!

    This issue is related to US language only and it will be fix shorty.
    Please change login language to UK until this has been resolved.

    On my menu, there's no such thing as US. So, logout, go back to game, on the left there is a language menu, select something other than english, then select english again, login and you should now see words.

    Worked for me.

    US language has been removed, all other languages should work now.
