just join ,cant play................

hello i just got on the site but trying to play the game it said i need adobe ,i d-lode it but it still takes me to the blank screen .its not loding up .help please.......

 

please clear you flash cache reboot your computer and try a different browser eg if using IE try fire fox, also after this try to refresh fire fox a couple of times and that should help , patience is required if your sever is lagging a bit gl

 

Just out of curiosity...because it is true that browser cache, flash player cache, and server lag is often the cause...but do you have the most current Adobe Flash Player and Java versions? These also can affect how fast the game loads and runs. Easy enough to go to those products' websites and run the verify version program to check, and download the new updates if you don't have them. As well, Firefox just upgraded...and a lot of people are still running IE 10 instead of IE 11. I see you downloaded Adobe...but there are several versions (example, 32 bit or 64 bit?). Just giving you a bit of extra info, just in case. Sometimes it's just server lag (especially when special events, like the Easter one are running, as this creates a heavy load for the servers to handle). Hang in there, RC is a great game and there are good people here
