Keep getting Connection Lost error

    I can't stay logged into the game for more than a few seconds at a time. It keeps giving me a connection lost error and I have to quit and restart. This has been going on the past couple days. I am in the middle of an event and it is frustrating to have this happen.

    Your data has now been reset so you should be able to log on, if not please clear your browser cache as this may be retaining the old log in data.
    Please note your mood and power will also be reset and will change as the system loses some data when people build or move homes. The new figure will be absolutely accurate and back up to date
