    Is it possible to change farmland to grass and build residential building on it? I have more farmland than needed. In the future if more farmland buildings are required can one demolish grass and get back to farmland?

    you can build housing on farmland also power stations decos etc
    is there anything else that we can help you with on this topic

    You cant change any type of land to anything else.
    On the good side you can build any "grass" building on farmland and you can move buildings if you need farmland back.
