    Do all stages need to be completed to collect reward for upgrading my city hall, ID 6757358, thanks for assistance or answers in advance.:D

    yes in all quests all stages need to be completed to collect any reward

    I recently upgraded my CH to Level 8, and I received the reward immediately after I paid the 8.6million and before I used any resources to initiate the upgrade process.

    @kmw0421, Thank you I thought that what had happened last time I upgraded and there's a check by the icon when I put my mouse over it, but I can just wait until i'm finished building. :cool:
