Level 4 Chateau

    Could you please look at my level 4 chateau(in suburbs) for weeks after completing it, it remained a building site although I could collect rent from it. I moved it today and it asked me to complete the final stage again(granite blocks) which I did using MM, although I had already done this weeks ago. I now have a completed Chateau but the rent symbol appears every time I leave to go to another part of the city and return but not adding to my CC. I cannot move it now or get in to change residents etc.
