    i d 692809 , can u tell me please about 1 hour ago i levelled up to 28 now when i loged in i.m sill half way throu levell 27 can u look for me please because thats not right thank you

    id 692809 can i ask if you,ve looked in my question yesterday about my leveling up

    I would really love to look at this for you but the ID number does not appear to be one of ours could you please check it and get back to me.

    There are several people with similar names to you so I dont want to put thier data on the forum if it is wrong.

    Is your ID number Either 6928090
    Or 6928097? by any chance?.

    Thanks for that I thought there was an issue there.

    I checked your account and I am really sorry but you are at level 27.6 not 28 I can only assume that some display glitch gave you a false reading. Your logs are all intact and show exactly the same number.

    I have asked our dev team to check my calculations and they see the same outcome as me.:(:(:(
