load issue

    ID 9600268 I've just had my game reset through e-mail and it was working, now it is not working again. Maybe you reset it again? It's a loading issue. Already deleted my catches and restarted the computer. It keeps getting stuck on the road symbol when loading, now it gets stuck sort of there and then loads to the split screen of what part do you chose to start at, then stays blank and isn't loading at all.

    yes it just worked, not sure but when I saw the post it didn't however, then I tried another browser but forgot my password, so I had to change it - now it's working (not sure if any of this is connected) but thank you very much. No more problems.
