loading error - error # 2032

    Hello Team,

    after a longish break from Risingcities I wanted to log in again yesterday. Log in went ok, but I got stuck while loading the game. I used Puffin on an ipad air 2. I emptied all cookies and history etc. etc. and tried again. But no such luck. Could anybody be so kind and assist me?

    G`day BK , I have reset your data can you advise me if your problem is resolved thanks.
    In the future can you please include your id number as we will then be able to find your account so much faster thanks :)

    Also having the same issue, only when I tried on another computer did I finally get the Error 2032 message (didn't want spam by creating another thread) Meridaz | ID 9269551

    Im having the same issue its stuck on the load screen with error 2032 at the bottom please help

    Hello Tassie,

    just filled out the support ticket. When logging in the error message "error #2032" was gone but I am still stuck when loading the game.
