Loading Stuck/Error

    I suppose I should have started a new thread (didn't want to spam with the same issue) after all as it appears my original post got lost in the other thread. Been unable to access since Thursday (US Aug 20, 2100 MST/PDT). Stuck on loading screen, cleared browser (Google/Firefox) and Flash caches/temp files, shut down and restarted the Windows 8.1 system. I tried earlier on my Windows 7 laptop and same thing, but at least was able to get error # 2032 on the loading page.

    Okay, I see now how to submit a ticket, but the thread says not for Loading Issue, so not sure if I should or shouldn't. Please advise.
