loading takes forever

    the game is taking forever to load...i have changed browsers...emptied cache and what not....the game simply denies to load faster...

    I have reported this (as I too get the same problem sometimes so it can be duplicated).

    We can only hope they can do something to speed things up.

    good morning to everybody.
    also to me it happens that the game always stays in loading.
    I have changed browser and emptied the cache.
    I have also changed computer and operating system.
    nothing to do... :(
    they are already 10 days that I am in this condition.
    I don't know thing anymore to do.
    help me please... :(

    Mine also takes an unusually long amount of time to load.

    As with many others I just logged on as you and the game loaded without delay.

    I tried this using Firefox and then IE.

    Are you using chrome by any chance?.

    sorry... but it's not possible...
    (sorry for my bad english but i am italian)
    I have tried IE, firefox, chrome, opera, safari
    and user agent switcher emulate Iphone and android....
    I have tried in windows xp, windows 7 and windows 8....
    I have emptied the cache and tried again but nothing works....
    the game is still loading.... always always always loading....
    (skyrama works perfectly)
    (fantaryrama works perfectly)
    (farmerama works perfectly)
    (every other game works perfectly)
    so what is my problem ??? :(

    I have again logged on as your without issue so the account is working perfectly however I have reset your data in the hope that this will assist you.

    now the game works..................
    in about a month no one was able to solve my problem...
    you are the best..... THE BEST.......
    thank you so much...
    (cinema don't work but there are no problems)
    (I found the energy level very low and I have yet to understand why it happens)
    (I have now built hydropower dam and the energy is returned to the right)
    (I am delighted that now the game works)

    I am so very happy this worked for you unfortunately it does not work for everyone.
    That is one of the big problems facing our developers trying to fix all the problems they are not the same for everyone.

    Anyway thanks for letting me know I will keep doing what I can to help while the team get a more permanent solution.:D:D:D
