    Unfortunately I was in the middle of an event and everything was fine until later in the evening. Now I cant get the screen to go past the apple icon. I've considered all the usual suspects, cache, browser, etc. I believe I need a reset. Thanks in advance.:)

    The best advice we can give you is send in a support ticket. The Developers have to handle this situation and when you send in a support ticket it also sends information about your computer and internet provider that will help them solve the problem. I was unable to log into the account also. Thank you.
