locked out!!!

    Hello, I can't get into my city, I'm neighboogler 10131553, and it won't open . It acts like normal up until the city heartbeat goes across the screen. Did I change something on accident, like the url or connection sequence?Also, it seems that it stopped when I added myself an identity. I have two cities, but used only one of my cities character for both cities. Please help me.....yeahoogler@gmail.com

    photoogler - This sometimes happens to all of us. Most often the game fails to get a piece of information between the server and the players device. I have gone into your game and reset the resources. You will find that your power and mood levels have been reset to there correct levels.
