Log In Glitch Not Fixed

My ID#8769002, and I still cannot log in. There are other players in the house, and they can't log in either (and we all use different computers). Not to mention, I run state of the art AVS/Maintenance software....and automatically clear all caches frequently enough I know that is not the issue. So I am not understanding the announcement by Strider_Legs, or why this was not actually fixed. It is clear you have a serious server, dns, and/or coding issue. Just look at how many complaints you are getting in your Forum..especially after Strider_Legs made that announcement. There is a CIT certified technician here too, and that person has tried entering the game via several providers including Bigpoint, and still can't get into the game either. Please take steps to correct this problem. I and many people I know truly like this game, but if we can't play it does us no good; certainly not worth spending money on if the log in issue can't be resolved.

 

Your data has now been reset so you should be able to log on, if not please clear your browser cache as this may be retaining the old log in data.
Please note your mood and power will also be reset and will change as the system loses some data when people build or move homes. The new figure will be absolutely accurate and back up to date
