    Thank You Strider, Lee and Tassie for your updates. It's been since Jan. 4th since I've been able to log in to this game and here it is the 19th and still can't log in. I think that most of us would like to hear from the person or people that are actually working on this issue about an update on their progress or are they giving up hope. You would not think that it would be that hard to get one server to connect to another.

    I strongly agree with you...I was a Director at a very large computer company ($11Billion annual revenue) before I retired and I have never seen such a complete disregard for clients. If you find that the game is unprofitable, why not just come out and say so and let us move on to other games. Kill the game or give your clients an update that will keep them checking in every so often. It is unfortunate because it was such a fun game. This is one for a Harvard Business Review on how to get rid of your clients.. I certainly will not play any other BG games.

    I totally agree. I know the moderators are doing their best but being down for weeks is ridiculous. Like Favio2, I will no longer play any BG games.

    I am in agreement. I was just sitting and wondering if they are simply done with this game. I worked in the software world for many years, and for a game issue like this to continue on for this length of time is not usual. More information is needed, including an ETA on the fixes, and offers to refund money for those of us who have paid for, what are now, completely unusable items/credits. Moderators, please pass along these customer concerns. Thank you.

    I agree the forum staff are in a bad position, having to listen to the complaints and getting nothing back from the developers.

    Having said that, the silence from the developers is unacceptable. I am a paying customer. I buy a rent collector at least every month. This month, I bought a rent collector and game currency. I bought these on the third of January. And on the next day? Can't log in. So now my rent collector has been counting down for over two weeks and I've not been able to play. I'm not a patient man normally, but I've been very patient in this case. My patience has just about run out. I'm disgusted and wanting a refund for the money I wasted this month.
