log in problem into my account...keeps loading

    Hi,

    I got a problem in accessing my account for the last 2 days. I've tried to log in from different machines(laptop, computer, android phone) with no luck. it keeps loading after I enter my username password and choose the play site area.

    Please advise,

    We had no issue log in to your account. Are you able to log in now? Please add your game id # so I can be sure we are accessing the correct game.

    To find your ID #; Above the frame on the log in screen and you will see the game ID #. This is true even if you get the blue screen with the city profile and the cursor racing across the screen.

    Nao consigo entrar no jogo, estive assim todo o dia, ja ontem uma ilha da praia nao carregava, gostava quem me resolvessem o problema, obrigado.
