log in problem

    Have problem logging in to the game. It would not load stuck on city outline. I did open a ticket last sept 28 replied to the message (Oct 1) sent to me that I can't still log in despite clearing cookies changing to different browser and use different computer. Problem hasn't been resolved.

    Hi Tootish, I have checked your account and at the moment you are logged into your game, so I cant go further so I will reset your data.
