Log on Problems

Hi,
My account won't log on. I log on and it gets to the blue loading page, but it stays there for hours. I don't think it is a problem with my computer, because other people's accounts log on easily. I have tried rebooting my computer, refreshing the page, and restarting the page. What should I do?

there is no hope tried everything but it won't log in
i'm really disappointed..

 

Hi Nina you really need to start your own thread for all problems, however have you cleared your cache rebooted your computer from a cold start and then logged on using a different browser once you have tried all of that please advise us if you are still experiencing problems we will need your id number then I will be able to assist you further thankyou
