Logging in to forum issues

Hey guys,

I'm having problems logging into the forum using the button within the game - I am directed to the forum, but it does not recognise me as a member.

I wound up logging in to my game a second time through the forum - now it knows who I am.

I've tried everything else re: clearing caches/history; new browser; rebooting game; rebooting computer - all to no avail.

I'm not sure what else I am supposed to do - logging in twice to the game is something I can keep doing, but it's a bit annoying to need to do so.

Otherwise, I'm enjoying playing very much.

This is a new one on me. I will pass it on up the line. I just wanted to let you know we are working on this. The only thought is have you tried a different browser and had the same result? I am inclined to beleive this may be a connectivity issue. Which happens from time to time. We will follow up on this with you.

I have had a look at your account and it all seems to be alright, one thing you can do is save the forum page to your book marks and also save your password that may resolve your problem, please advise if this solution works
