Login "FIX" did not work

Cleared cache, still unable to get game to load (for over 60 hrs now).

Still cant log in....it gets as far as the city "skyline" and never goes farther. I never get to the area selection screen. This has been going on since Monday AM (USA eastern time)

Thank you for the response, but it is still not loading. I re-cleared both caches, restarted, tried multiple browsers.

 

ID 6995263...........the same for me; gets to skyline or map then won't advance any further......for us non-savvy computer users, how do I clear my "flash cache"?.........is "clearing browser" the same as deleting browser history?

still can't log in now but, still helpful.

 

I still can't log in. Cleared cache and flash drive. At times it looks like the game is loading after I select city but the emblem just keeps going and going for about ten minutes and if I close out and try to restart the game all I get is a white background.

bjjk1 | ID 8975954 I am not able to log in cst is 0814 it would be nice to play the game for a little bit before having to go back to doing college homework then helping out my disable daughter do her homework this is getting to the point that I am losing faith with not just the program but with bigpoint company its self If you the company cares about your stakeholders at all I would get this up and running the right way fast Or you may start not just hearing from us but also start losing shareholders on top of that

 

Since my account was already reset (which is now the new fix) and I still can't access the game, what is the next step? Please advise.
