Login Issues

    Like some others, I am not able to log all the way into RC. I have cleared both caches, tried switching between IE and Chrome. Rebooted after doing all of this. My computer still will not get past the blue login screen. This has been occurring for the past 3 days. Today is day number 4. I placed a support ticket but have not heard anything back yet.

    Any suggestions from anyone?

  2. only suggestion I can add till someone replies to your support tick is try fire fox as I find this browser is more suited to this game than chrome or ie.
    in the future if you have filled in a support ticket please do no post the same problem here please, main reason for this is that it doubles our workload thankyou :)

    As of today I have still not heard anything from tech support. Still can't get into the game. It's been over 5 days now. Should I contact tech support again? I really enjoy the game, but if I can't get into it, it doesn't matter.

    You should have received a confirming e-mail almost immediatly asking for additional information. If you did not receive this then send in an additional support ticket and they will get in touch with you.
