login issues

    just get blue screen with city outline and does not logon with account steven195656

    Steven The first question have you cleared your cache's both the browsers and adobe flash. If not try this first. Here are some links to directions if you do not know how:

    If this does not help try using a different browser, Google, Firefox, Edge, IE, etc. If these do not work try closing the game and shuting down the browser and rebooting the entire system. Also you can try using a different computer or device.

    Let us know if this worked or not.

    cleared both caches and tried IE currenlty using chrome still the same do not have other device

    Having the same problem here too. Had it earlier today and did the stuff like clearing cache, rebooting and so on. Only thing I can't do is use a different device as this is the only one I have around.
