Login Problems

    Ever since you guys added advertising to the startup I can't login. Whats the point, why not try to fix a few problems before you add more.

  3. Well it's back. The message I'm getting is
    • No account with this combination of username and password was found.
    I can't give you my id number because I can't get logged in to give it to you. If someone knows where else it might be without logging in, I'd be happy to supply you with that information. I did give you my id on another message from me (which I mistakenly said the problem was fixed), but I can't find that message either. I'm sorry to cause you all the problems. I'm really enjoying this game and hate to give up on it totally.

    Eureka I found my old message. Here's my id:

    After reading other messages, I noticed that the browser link is different from what I'm getting. What I get is http://risingcities.agame.com/

    I just tried the other link and got right in (http://www.rising-cities.com/). I've changed my link in my bookmarks. Thanks for the patience with this old lady.

    Posting on forum requires you to log in the game first.
    Some helpful tips:
    * use www.rising-cities.com to log in, and not other portals (eg: facebook, bigpoint)
    * delete browser cache including passwords.
    * try another browser
    * make sure you do not have CAPS LOCK button activated when typing password.

    Since you have managed to post on the forum, you were able to log in the game, so the problem is most likely within your browser.
