Login trouble

Hi guys sorry to bother. But, having trouble logging in to the game. I get to the loading screen, as far as I get is the icons at the bottom load. Tried all of the usual fixes cleared cache, tried different browsers. No luck. Thanks.

I am also having the same problem. Just tonight though. I have cleared cashe and all, used different browsers and what not. What to do?

Moderators please correct the following:

Dear fellow Mayors,

If you are having problems with an issue with the game, the moderators prefer you start a new thread for each player. This allows them to address and document each individual situation. There can be multiple causes to simular symptoms.

Also every original post needs to have your screen name and id number in it so they can quickly identify which game is yours from the thousands of others in the system. A concise and specific description of the issues involved, what happens, when does it happen, where does it happen.

This makes their lives simpler and allows them to fix your problem more efficiently and lets us get along to building our cities sooner.
