Loot-o-matic is grayed out

    Hello! I have 2 green and 1 yellow ticket, but the lootomatic is grayed out. I can go to the mystery building but that's it. Thanks!

    I just checked and I am able to access the loot-o-matic. Have you tried closing the game and browser and restarting both. Let us know if the problem persists.

    Sorry for the delay. Yes I did that and still had issues. After a day or so it started working, now It keeps spinning and never stops.
