Loot-o-matic not opening. freezes on screen

    Its not working for me either and I have a task to start the loot-o-matic,but I can't complete it because as soon as I click the icon it freezes. The wheel doesn't even show up.

    We are aware that City Wheel (loot-o-matic) is not working for some players and we are still investigating until we can provide a fix.

    City Wheel returns every couple of days. If it is not fixed by the time this session runs out you will have another opportunity next time.
    Unfortunately we cannot estimate when this will be fixed.

    This doesn't make sense and it is getting a little frustrating because you have been saying that you are "working" on it for quite awhile now. Can you at least give us a reason for why it isn't working?

    As my friends have said we have reported the problem and are waiting for the coders to fix it.
    Nothing more can be done here so closed.
