Loot-o-matic prizes 'collected' but not received

    Hello

    Some of my loot-o-matic prizes including a residential building have not been received. How can I get them?

    Most of the prizes in the loot o matic are building permits and improvements. These are add to your designing depot list of building permits, and you supply of building improvements list. You will find them there. You will have to pay for the construction cost of the buildings, but not for the permits.

    Oh I didn't realise it was a permit only. Thanks for explaining o_O

    You are welcome many people make this mistake. If you receive a permit for an "instant build" building (there are a few) you still get the permit but it cost nothing to build. So check out the designer depot.

    I am closing this thread at this time.
