Loot-O-Matic question

I wanted to use my loot-o-matic ticket but every time I try it says that it's currently unavailable when the icon comes up on the right side of the screen. I wanted to know if there's a specific time frame where it is available, or is it a luck of the draw sort of thing?

 

The lootomatic is available every couple of weeks for the precise dates you will find them in the monthly Calendar.

Thank you for the response. I understand the calendar and scheduling, what I wanted to know is why it was unavailable during the time that it was scheduled/the icon was in the screen? I would click the tab and it would say "unavailable, check back later".

 

Thanks for your reply, as the lootomatic is unavailable at the moment it is very difficult to check your problem. if your problem persist please advise us when the lootomatic is running next time please
