    I purchased a bonus token to retake the Lootomatic but it won't let me start, saying I haven't purchased any bonus tokens. How do I get it to work? Do you somehow have to activate the bonus token?

    KT213693 Hi, The bonus Token (Buff or Gold colored ticket) is used in conjuction with the the regular token (Green). Giving you two chances for every one spin. So you can either what till you are awarded a regular token and use the bonus token or you can purchase more regular tickets and then use your bonus token.
