please could we when a player spins and wins a house or decio could we not actuly win them and not the permits i got excited thinking i.d won a good prisze then when i went to inventry to collect there was no house only a permit most dissapointed

Doormouse Depending on the building involved determines whether you receive the building or the permit. If the building in question is a regular game building (Blue background) then we receive a building permit, such as a power plant, hollywood diner, prefab house; But if the building is a special offer (Yellow background) then we receive the building and it is instantly completed such as Surfer Van, Box Car Flat, Wind Farm, Solar Plant, Wind Farm, etc.

Yes, we do become a snarky bunch, just read some of the old threads, but we care and want to make things better. So welcome and keep on playing and writing. As an old instructor I had said the only stupid question is the one you did not ask.

Nicu83 Loot-O-Matic is a random gift generator it gives out prizes to mayors. One prize per ticket. There are either a green "regular" ticket or a buff "bonus" ticket. The green ticket entitles you to one spin of the wheel (computer generated of course). Yielding one prize. The buff ticket can only be used in conjunction with a green ticket it unlocks the lower portion of the wheel and yields it own prizes.

You can get tickets several ways:

1. As your daily reward from city hall, usually one green ticket;
2. As an award in an event;
3. You can purchase both green and burr tickets with Metro Money in the Direct Buy section ot the City Treasury
   
4. You can purchase both green and buff tickets with real money by purchasing a Loot-O-Matic starter pack Packs section of the City Treasury.
5. You can get them occasionally as an award from the Booster Pack in the designer depot.

Loot-O-Matic gives you free goodies for your city. (unless you by the starter pack) So click on the icon and give it a whirl. You have very little to lose. Have fun.

 

I've been clicking on my loot-o-matic icon for 2 days. For awhile the task had a lock on it. Now the lock is gone but I'm still getting a white screen when I click on the loot icon on the right. Time is running out and I would love to see what this does.

 

TamC go to the Forum>Help>Technical Question write up your issue and make sure you put in your ID and ID number (located in white above the top of the frame in the regular non-full screen mode). i get sheated on the loot-o-matic

 

I used to feel that way but with age came wisdom. I have never bought tickets for the Lot-O-Matic. The way I now look at it I get the tickets for free so what ever I get that is cool. I do not have to use it if I do not want to. It is like the junk mail I get from snail mail most goes into the recycle bin unopened.

 

ya I only get them from my city hall

 

I have gotten them from redeeming medals from the ERS on rare occasions.
