    I haven't got a loot o matic icon on my screen. Do I have to earn it? It's stopping me from completing a task as I already have the token and a bonus token to match it. Help please.

    the lootomatic is a feature the comes around on a regular basis you can find details of all events on the calendar
    Is there anything else that we can help you with on this topic :)

    Would add that when the Loot-O-Matic is active, the icon for it will appear above the Rent Collector and Safety Patrol ones, top right of your screen, automatically. It looks like a trophy and a star if I recall correctly. You then will be able to access the Loot-O-Matic and complete the quest.
