    I keep getting rewards but can't figure out how to retrieve. Today I won a fountain. I went to fountain in Design Depot and reward was not there?

    You win more permits (that is, the maximum amount that you can build is increased), but you must still pay CityCredits to build them, unless it's a premium permit (gold background).
