lumber mill build permit

    I know the game gives out extra build permit

    But does it give lumber mill permits

    and where how to win or get them

    Nope, you get 5 and that's it (until level 65 when you get one more).

    Thank you, Tellus. There was a time, many months ago, when two extra lumber mills were available for purchase by MM, but that time is no more, so now you get one more when you reach level 65, and that's it.
