many ongoing problems

    1. Market is not working right
    2. Cinema is not working right
    3. Cannot upgrade City Hall

    1. Market has had ongoing problems: slot not allowing a post. Freezes during post or collection. Items bought not in inventory. Items sold missing in inventory but no city credits received.

    2. Cinema timer is done but no tickets available until page is refreshed. I watch a movie and I click on success and it goes to a page not available and i don't get the metro money.

    3. Cannot click on City Hall to see upgrade option even though I have the right amount of population.

    Some of these problems have been going on for weeks and some a recent. Altogether game is not worth playing if it won't work right. When will these issues be corrected. My city is going backwards and not forwards... not fun!

    This is a server wide bug so it is hitting us all :(
    The devs is working on it so hopefully it will be fixed soonish, my guess is some time today.

    Hopefully when they are on this bug hunt they wont find an alien infestation as we all know what will happen then :eek:

    Sorry, I am late in my reply... My ID 5425726

    Market is working great now. City Hall is okay. My task for upgrading it is a bit off?!?!

    The Cineplex is worthless 50% of the time. My clock runs out but there are no movies playing. Sometimes, a refresh corrects that problem but most of the time it is what it is. Even when I am able to play a movie I don't always get the metro money. I get a link error message or just nothing at all. Movie is done but nothing to click on to continue. Thank you for your time.

    Regretfully I get those messages in tickets every single day and my answer has to be this is not us but the external providers.

    That being said we have just had a meeting to try and get this feature running for all those countries that have the cinema.

    Some countries are blocked for commercial reasons and will never be part of the feature.
