Marketplace issue

Heej!

On marketplace I can buy and sell stuff, pay and receive money regulary, but when I create an offer or collect money, page is freezing and I have to reload and log in again.

This is usually a cache, problem, please clear your browser/cache, log out of he game then completely re boot your computer. Then use a different browser when logging back into the game.
Please advise us if this resolves your problem

 

I almost gave up...
til I added the ghostery app and stopped all trackers. (using chrome)
Now I am a very happy gamer!
I hope this fix works for others having the same issue.

Please explain what the ghostery app is and how to get it? Just added Chrome to my arsenal in case IE doesn't load, and might need that info at some point (forewarned/forearmed and such). TY

It's a free add blocker/cookie dis-abler. Available for most of the common browsers. Firefox and IE can be locked down pretty tight already so be wary of so called free add-blockers. If you use Chrome or Gmail, Google already knows all of your past and the colour of your undies so it's moot. But each to their own

Then just hang in there for a little while and Tassie will be along to work on the problem. The most likely next step will be for the game to be reset. Just be prepared for a reduction in Power and Mood. This usually happens when the game is reset. A quick question did you clear both the browser and Adobe caches. Some times people forget one or the other. I hope you will be buying and selling soon.
