Marketplace problems

Hi all,

I am having problems selling and buying things. When I press the 'create' button the game crashes and stops responding. I then restart and it shows that the item has sold. But when I go to collect the money it crashes again. I then have to re-start and lose the money. This has been happening since Tuesday.

Have you tried clearing your cache, rebooting our computer and then using a different browsers

 

Yes, tried internet explorer, chrome and firefox, clearing the cache and a re-boot with no solution. The same thing keeps happening I am afraid.

Same thing has happened to me but when i refresh it it works.

What do you mean by refresh - clear the history or clear the flash?

 

Hi Imbruglio, I've taken a look at your logs, and it implies that you have been selling 10 beams, being charged 500 CC, and that you then collect 5000 CC when they sell, eg:

CityCredits	market . collect . currency	virtual	12.04.2015 22:53:13	5000
CityCredits	market . sell . good	Beams	12.04.2015 22:48:30	-500
Goods	market . sell . good	Beams	12.04.2015 22:48:30	-10

I have done a reset on your account anyway, and hopefully this will stop the market from crashing.

I have just tried selling 10 tomatoes at 3CC each, and the sale and collect all happened without any crashing. So it's working at this end.
