    Does anyone know how to complete Select a specialist for the hospital goal ?. I have completed build hospital but I am stuck on the second goal . I have sent out my specialist out on emergencies. I am not sure what I am suppose to do ?

    you need to build the academy and train a specialist at the academy and assign them to the hospital.
