    Yesterday I purchased 140 MM and despite receiving a confirmation from Bigpoint and a receipt from PayPal this has not been credited to my game account. Please look into

    Please fill out a payment support request and the accounts people will fix this for you.
    I am sorry we have no access to the accounts data for security reasons.
