The first thing to do is make sure your browser and adobe cache have been cleared. Then log out of your browser and log back in. This usually fixes the isssue.

Thank you Billyjim. Yes pasorific the most common cause of these issues are the cache's are trying to do to much. Therefore clearing them becomes a necessity. There are two main cache's your browser and adobe flash. Each browser is slightly different they follow the same general principle. Here are two threads that might be helpful:

    https://board-en.risingcities.com/threads/how-to-delete-browser-flash-cache.1105/

    https://board-en.risingcities.com/threads/how-to-fix-google-chrome-flash-player-issue.1104/

After completing the purge shut down your browser and start it again. That usually clears the display issues up. If you continue to have an issue let us know and we will move on to more drastic procedures.

  5. Hi, I've just logged into your account and your "Palais Gelee" seems to be located next to one of your lumber mills. It displayed ok for me. This implies that it's almost certainly a problem at your end, probably your flash cache. One thing that might happen is that now that I've logged in from here, it should invalidate your flash cache at your end, and everything should be fine - otherwise you could also try a different computer or browser. Let's hope it is ok now anyway.
