missing birthday residence

    Hi, I have placed my birthday residence and have even collected from it once, but it is invisible, I have cleared my cache and logged onto another browser but it still does not appear, please could you help.

    G`day lisa, I have reset your data so can you please clear your cache and browser again and close down your computer before trying to log into the game again.
    then your problem should be resolved, if it is not please advise us and we will have to delve a bit deeper thankyou :)
