missing brickyard

Hi, I was having some trouble about three hours ago with my game whereas it refreshed a few times and I needed to redo things I had already done multiple times, but as far as I can tell things weren't duplicated. My historical family home that I "harvested" 5 times still had the correct number for upgrading (2 harvests then and 3 now). My new surveillance stations didn't charge me any money until they actually "stuck". So I assume the other things which were harder to check(like town hall gifts) were correct also. I decided to give the game some time to settle out since it was basically unplayable.

Long story short, I had started upgrading one of my brickyards to level 3 before I started experiencing the "refreshes". Now I have no brickyard and no ticket for a brickyard and I believe enough time has passed for it to be ready to start the next step of the upgrade if it had been just a visual glitch. Can you please try to find it for me? Thanks.

This issue has been forwarded and our Dev team is working hard to fix it in the shortest time.

 

I was wondering if we had any updates on my missing brickyard. I realize its only been about 3 business days but it appears that some, if not all, of the other bugs have been addressed.

Now that the clock for the Winter Games have started I am a little more anxious to get it back. I am not planning on starting the event until the weekend but my chances of finishing the event are slim and if I did the math correctly having that brickyard would cut out a full cycle of statues.
