    Hello,

    so I wanted to buy metro money via mobile purchase option and I ran into trouble.I got a message saying :''We are sorry,an error has occurred.Your mobile has not been charged.Please try again''.
    Tried again multiple times...no luck.
    Tried logging in with one bip account ;no luck.
    I had no problems buying metro money few months ago when I last bought it.
    Was the policy of one bip changed or something?
    Do I have to download some softwares...?
    Any tips?

    To speed things up.
    It will most likely help Mods if you provide game ID number.
