Modern Private Home Not In Designer Depot

  1. I completed step 3 of the Easter event which had the reward of the modern private home.I went to build it only to find it wasn't in the designer depot.I came back this evening but it still is'nt there.Hope you can help.

    Try refreshing or clearing your caches, browsers and adobe. If that does not work try signing out and back in again. Some times you have to remind the computers to update the data files. There is also a chance that the time lag between your system and the servers is a play here also. If not a moderator will be along to help soon. :)

    It is a small file that the computer program creates to store data it need on a regular basis. Rising cities and most online games use these caches to store information on your computer so that the program does not have to down load the information repeatedly over the internet connection speeding up the game play usually. Clear the Cache varies depending on your browser but generally if you clear out your browser history there is usually a series of check boxes and if you check the box marked cache and press clear history button the browser cache will be cleared out. For Adobe Flash right click on the game screen and you should get a new window click on the global settings (again varies by browser) and then delete all. This does not hurt the game, program or computer, it just erases the files ine cache. The next time the program needs this information the program will recreate the cache for the game.

    After a while you will learn that you will probably need to do this on a regular basis or you can set the browser programs to do this automaticly. Check out these other threads with a much more detail descriptions:
