Modest cottage and Art Gallery??

    I was able to get a mystery building via an event I took part in. For the end result I got the modest cottage. It is now up to rank 2 and I see I need an Art Gallery. Is that a mystery building as well only or can I get it through obtaining a secret building attached to a plot of land by chance??

    Thanks. I have seen the mystery buildings thread b4. But have not stumbled across any for the secret buildings so didn't know if it was just a random building including the mystery buildings that you could get the gallery that way as well by chance.
