Money disappeared

  1. This morning I had 22MM that I had been saving from the Cineplex (which stopped working yesterday). After refreshing to play this afternoon I have 1 MM remaining. Is this part of the new upgrades? Will I be getting it back? I am certain that no instant finishes, land purchases, etc. were made by me, so where did it go? This is not the first time this has happened, How do I stop it?

    Its not pat of the new currency change. One its not in game yet, two it will NOT remove any MM.

    The most common reason for "missing" MM is the popup window at first login of the day. As it lag a bit its very easy to miss click it when collecting rent, that will cost 19MM.
    The numbers don't add up so you have to wait for PirateLee, he have the exact numbers.
     
  3. Thanks for proposing a solution, but this is not the case. It was my third login of the day. Also, I have never had a popup after the first time I closed out the news paper. If I did click it, what would I have been buying? I will check and see if it appeared.

    That would be the "Special Offer" in upper right corner of the news bulletin. Dangerous near the red close X and no conformation or warning just poff 19MM gone. The stuff you get is such that you likely not realise you got it.
    In upper right corner in game there is a button "Re-open news screen." so you can look at it again.

  6. Thanks for looking it up for me PirateLee. It is good to know where it went, although I am still certain I did not ask it to do so. I will endeavor to be more careful in the future.
     
  7. The good news is that after tomorrows down-time, there should be a confirmation box that appears, but remember to enable it. See the OA for details.

    Yes as my friend says this problem (which has plagued us all) will be a thing of the past tomorrow.:):):)
