Mood Improvement

    I am confused. Is the only way to improve the mood of the population is to add decorations?

    GloriaX in short no. But it is the quickest simplest and easiest way to do it.

    You can also improve the mood in the city by adding residential improvements. While this does not improve the mood it lowers the effects of bad mood generated by the individual residence.

    Also constructing commercial buildings also yields mood improvement. But, at the cost to your energy level and you have to build more production facilities to produce more products which lowers your mood level. (production facilities reduce mood levels).

    The way I play the game is to try to keep all of the factors balanced. Mood and Energy bars at the top of the game help a lot. So keep the levels even and you should do fine. Have a great time. :)
