    Sad to say but the cineplex is not controlled by Big Point/Rising Cities the advertisers control the videos and granting of the awards. So there is nothing we can do to help in this situation.

    The cine plex issue is controlled by external forces outside of RC and has been reported many times, also there are numerous threads on this issue . It is always best to read the forum as there are a lot of things you will experience in this game a d what you will find here will be invaluable
    is there anything ellse that we can help you with on this topic
