    Thank you for the screen shot, the only problem is posting a site not part of BigPoint is not allowed. You need to post the actual picture into the thread not the site.

    Now to your question - The Modern Apartment Tower is no longer available in the game. The building was condemed by the building inspector as being deficient in several critical areas. It is still listed in the FAQ's sheet. Maybe one day it will be redesigned to meet the standards of the building code. (The building is not available any more).

    Have fun building your city, you will have new and better options very soon.
